Moment of eternity
These two are my original characters. Her name is Maahr'ne. She is a goddess living in the mountains. And he is just a man from the tribe of her followers and worshippers. An once they happened to fall in love with each other. But the point is that relations between gods and humans are forbidden. SO the other gods infuriated over their careless deed and punished them by turning into marble statue for ever. But some day thousands years later they'll chance to return to life again...

I dedicate this painting to my best friend ever Yana Mefodovskaya! I think i'm satisfied with how it turned out)As for me this work was painted faster then all of my previous ones. BTW this is my first work done on my new Wacom Intuous 4 L tablet!!! As for me this work was painted faster then all of my previous ones.Alternative name -> Dreamskeeper. I've depicted the underwater - place where fallen stars with wishes of mankind end their journey. And here the goldenhair mermaid picks the stars wth the brightest human's dreams making necklaces of them or hiding them in her treasury.
Will-o'-the-wisp misstress
This is my original character named Farrimae - the misstress of will-o-the- whisps. She is NOT a fairy or elf or smth of that kind but also a brood of forest. Farrimae attracts trevellers with her fen-fires. Her essence is two-faced: she can be either good or evil (it depends on her mood). Her fires can mark to the person the location of treasure hidden deep in the ground or water, she can guide trevellers fot lost in the wood out or get them lost further in the thicket where some horrible things can happen. Btw she is inloved with faun. Done on14 June 2009.
